About us

Origin

Established in 2000, the Stillwater Area Lacrosse Association has grown from one boy's team to over 20 boys and girls teams feeding into four high school programs.

Mission Statement

SALA exists to grow the game of lacrosse in the Stillwater area by developing skilled, coachable athletes, building character through teamwork and sportsmanship, and creating a welcoming path for every player to progress.

• Development — every athlete improves, every season.
• Character — sportsmanship, coachability, and effort matter as much as wins.
• Pathway — clear, honest feedback supporting every athlete’s progression.
• Community — families, coaches, and volunteers who show up for each other.
